There’s Still Time to Make a New Year’s Resolution

How are you doing with your New Year’s Resolution?  Are you among the 40 to 45% of Americans to make a resolution this year? If you are, according to Proactivechange.com, you are 10 times more likely to actually reach your goal, than those who do not make a New Year’s resolution. Only about 46% of those who make a resolution actually keep it, but compared to the 4% who try to enact change without committing to a New Year’s resolution, the number looks pretty good.

So, how about it? It’s not too late to resolve to some kind of improvement this year. Don’t know what you want to change? About.com claims that the top 10 resolutions are:

4. Quit Smoking
5. Enjoy Life More
6. Quit Drinking
